Using this website
The content on this website is for general information about AstraTech Solutions and its services. You may not copy, republish or misuse it without our written permission. Logos, designs and text are our property or used with permission.
Project engagements
Every project is governed by a written proposal or quotation that describes the scope, timeline, deliverables, payment schedule and support terms. If anything on this website differs from your signed proposal, the proposal applies.
Payments
Payments are milestone-based as agreed in the proposal. Invoices are payable by the due date shown on the invoice. Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, SSL certificates, app-store fees and paid APIs are billed separately unless stated otherwise.
Intellectual property
On full and final payment, you receive the rights agreed in your proposal for the custom work we create for you. Our pre-existing tools, libraries and products remain ours and are licensed to you for use with your project.
Support and warranty
We fix defects in delivered work for the period stated in your proposal. Ongoing updates, backups and enhancements are covered by an annual maintenance plan.
Limitation of liability
We work carefully and test thoroughly, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where AstraTech Solutions is registered.
